The selected company determines discount and promo rules.
The PVC ceiling discount is shown directly above the ceiling parameter form (below).
If “Dealer” is selected, specify which dealer it is.
If a card is available, the corresponding discount is applied to the final order cost.
Ceilings are added as tabs below.
Tab sorting: PVC ceilings come first in descending canvas price order, followed by fabric ceilings.
Use client-provided names when estimating more than 3 ceilings in one order. Each ceiling is calculated separately even if they are in the same room.
The ceiling name helps avoid confusion with the client and in the ceiling list. Changing the name immediately updates the tab label above.
Deleting a ceiling removes it from calculations completely. A deleted ceiling cannot be restored (better copy the estimate and calculate the variant there). Deletion changes order, which affects odd/even discounts.
If the ceiling is installed above a stairwell, height is measured from the lowest step to the highest point of the base ceiling.
If a non-standard height is selected (not 2 to 3.6 m), the total ceiling cost (canvas, chandeliers, luminaires and all extras) increases:
Also, for non-standard height the client must be informed that scaffolding is provided by them.
Enter length and width if area and perimeter are unknown. After clicking “Calculate area and perimeter”, area and perimeter will be calculated from length and width and filled below.
For PVC ceilings, length and width are not used directly in cost calculations and are only used to calculate perimeter and area (after clicking “Calculate area and perimeter”).
Maximum room length and width, without allowances.
After clicking “Calculate cut area and perimeter”, area and perimeter will be calculated from length and width and filled below.
For fabric ceilings, maximum room length and width (or simply length and width for a rectangular room) are used to calculate required allowances.
Actual ceiling area including all cutouts.
The value is stored with two decimals, but calculations use an integer-rounded value. Fractions up to 0.24 are rounded down; above 0.24 are rounded up.
The value is stored with two decimals, but calculations use a value rounded up to a whole number.
If perimeter is not specified, the system calculates it approximately (!) using [square root of area]×4.
Exact perimeter is calculated from room length and width, or entered manually.
All internal and external room corners. On curvilinear sections, corners are also counted at radius break points.
Default value is 4. If up to four, each costs 90 $; if five or more, each costs 150 $.
Canvas price per meter depends on room area. The larger the area, the lower the price per square meter.
Texture and room area affect the cost. All price options are listed on the “Full canvas price list” page.
If area is already specified, cost is shown for each texture.
Plastic baguette is free. Aluminum baguette is 40 $/lm.
Wall baguette is calculated by default. If ceiling-mounted baguette is needed, see “Additional parameters”.
For colored tape, the quantity included in the estimate must be rounded up to the nearest multiple of five. White and black tape are rounded up to whole numbers.
Installation of each chandelier or pendant luminaire costs $500 regardless of mounting type.
Installation of one luminaire costs $500.
The price includes ceiling wiring, marking, terminals, thermal rings and luminaire installation. This field is NOT tied to the number of luminaires below.
Bypassing one standard-diameter pipe costs $300.
If a luminaire is selected, a required field for quantity appears.
In some cases the luminaire is provided as a gift, but only when a bulb is selected (the number of bulbs must match the number of luminaires).
If a bulb is selected, a required field for quantity appears.
2700 K, 2800 K are warm white light.
4100 K is cool white light.
Cost is determined by job complexity.
Ceiling installation in behind-cornice or hard-to-reach space.
Used for various needs during ceiling installation.
Ceiling installation on ceiling-mounted baguette. This value is not algorithmically tied to perimeter.
Labor for LED strip installation only: 200 $/lm. The strip is purchased and paid for separately.
Length of the curvilinear ceiling section.
Internal cutout in PVC canvas (at production) or in fabric canvas (made on site).
The price includes installation of a ring of the required diameter and connection of the existing ventilation pipe.
Charged when the hood must be installed by our team. All work is included.
Installation of one ceiling cornice mount point.
Labor for transformer or controller installation only; the devices are purchased and paid for separately.
Installation of any security or fire sensor.
Insert two fabric canvases into one baguette. Price includes installation of the support structure for the fabric ceiling baguette.
Separator installation; the supporting structure (timber) is calculated separately.
Photo print area is calculated as max image length × max image width. Price per meter depends on total canvas area and texture.
Art print area must not exceed room area.
Art print is not available on “style, marble 142” and “fantasy-suede 142” textures.
Seam centering or custom seam position. Adds 15% to canvas cost.
